EPCC Shuwaib Water Station Project-Majnoon Oil Field
the purpose for this project to increasing water demand for oilfield water injection and utility services, the project will develop a dedicated river water intake and pumping station at the Shuwaib River near Yabani Bridge. The system will enable reliable water abstraction, flow control, remote monitoring, and secure integration with the existing oilfield water network. The project is designed to operate unmanned with full automation and provides flexibility for current and future water routing scenarios.
EPCC Firefighting System Upgrade for PC-Majnoon Oil Field
Construct a new fire station in the northeast corner of PC campsite, lay fire water pipes and install fire hydrants within the campsite, install wireless fire alarms for rooms such as employee dormitories and offices room, and alarm monitoring system. This initiative aims to improve the fire protection facilities within the PC campsite, with the main objectives of real-time monitoring of fire alarms and providing firefighting water for extinguishing fires, making the PC campsite safer. The project aims to align with sustainable development and safety goals.
EPCC Dismantle damaged fire pumps and containers in the TMC camp - Majnoon Oil Field
Dismantle damaged fire pumps and containers in the northeast corner of TMC camp, repair the existing fire water tank, construct new fire pumps and jockey pumps, install new fire water pipelines and hydrants in the camp, install wireless fire alarms for rooms such as employee dormitories and offices room, and alarm monitoring system. This initiative aims to repair and upgrade the fire-fighting facilities within TMC campsites, with the main objectives of real-time monitoring of fire alarms and providing firefighting water for extinguishing fires, making TMC campsites safe.
EPCC 33kV OHTL from Main Line (DS2GTG-DS1) to Wellpad G28 and FOC - Majnoon Oil Field
The 33kV OHTL from DS2 GTG to DS1 project is the critical power transmission line from DS2 GTG to DS1 and also one of the main power transmission lines of the South Loop. As the project progresses continuously, the branch power transmission lines need to be developed to extend to the well sites, camps, and other projects covered by the branch lines. The construction of the branch lines will continuously improve the Majnoon power grid, liberate the diesel generators currently in operation at the well pads and ECP, and be able to timely supply power to the ongoing projects to ensure their timely commissioning and operation.
EPCC Service for PC Camp Block B Expansion Project - Majnoon Oil Field
This Scope of Work covers the complete engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning (EPCC) of eight (8) buildings inside (PC). The buildings will support administrative, operational, utility, and safety functions required for continuous facility operation.
The work includes all civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, communication, and instrumentation systems, including necessary interfaces with existing PC infrastructure.
EPCC Water in take pool - Majnoon Oil Field
This Scope of Work covers the engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Water Intake Pool (WIP) serving the Majnoon Oil Field water management operations.
The Water Intake Pool will provide a continuous and reliable water supply for:
Facilities utility water
Firefighting network
Injection water system
Cooling systems
Process water requirements.
EPCC Well Pad Security Guard Room and Facilities Renovation
The Scope of work including upgrading The container-based security guard rooms and associated facilities at the well pads, having served reliably for several years. However, to address normal wear-and-tear and align with elevated operational and safety standards, these structures now require modernization. In compliance with the Security Department’s enhanced safety protocols and commitment to workforce excellence, Company is initiating the first-phase renovation and construction of ten (10) well pad security complexes
EPCC TMC Power system upgrade - Majnoon Oil Field
This Scope of Work defines the engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities required for the upgrade, expansion, and enhancement of the TMC Power System across designated facilities in the Majnoon Oil Field. The objective of the project is to: Improve reliability and stability of power supply for TMC systems Eliminate single-point failures Upgrade aged or undersized power components Ensure compliance with new Majnoon operational requirementsIncrease capacity to support new TMC loads (RTUs, CCTV, FO networks, PA/GA, radio systems, SCADA).
EPCC Service for Sewage Network Pipeline
The Scope of Work including establishment of a sewage network for transferring heavy water from multiple sites to the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is essential to ensure efficient wastewater management and environmental compliance as per BOC’s requirements. A site investigation has identified the presence of multiple septic tanks within certain camps and facilities, necessitating a structured approach to wastewater collection and transfer.
EPCC Embankment River- Majnoon Oil Field
the Scope of Work including preparation slope protection works will be implemented along both sides of the river channel to enhance bank stability, prevent soil erosion, and ensure flood discharge safety. The design will comprehensively consider topographic and geological conditions, hydrological characteristics, and ecological requirements, adopting structural solutions such as stone masonry ensure durability while maintaining landscape compatibility. Construction will strictly comply with hydraulic engineering standards, including foundation treatment, slope grading, and drainage facilities, with minimal disturbance to the riverine ecosystem. Upon completion, the project will significantly improve the bank’s anti-scouring capacity and maintain long-term channel stability.
EPCC EPC Service for 33kV OHTL NorthwestLoop - Majnoon Oil Field
The Scope of Work including installation 33kV OHTL Northwest Loop Phase I & Phase II project is the critical power transmission line from DS2 GTG to CPF2 TPS and also one of the main power transmission lines of the Northwest Loop. As the project progresses continuously, the branch power transmission lines need to be developed to extend to the well sites, camps, wetland park and other projects covered by the branch lines. The construction of the branch lines will continuously improve the Majnoon power grid, liberate the diesel generators currently in operation at the well pads and TMC, and be able to timely supply power to the ongoing projects to ensure their timely commissioning and operation
EPCC FOC Firefighting Duty Station - Majnoon Oil Field
set-up a firefighting duty office at the west of the existing FOC Substation. For saving the power cable distance, water supplement of Pipelines and investment cost, the plot was agreed and placed by Company to place the facilities to near the Substation, existing Firefighting Pump and the daily tank of FOC Infrastructure Phase I & II. The facilities shall be designed as a re-assemble and re-mobilized manner
